Welcome to MIAAN Designer Clothing. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Services

MIAAN offers ready-to-wear, customised, made-to-order, bridal, occasion wear, sarees, lehengas, gowns, cocktail dresses, and other designer clothing.

Product images are provided for reference. Due to differences in lighting, photography, screens, fabrics, and handmade workmanship, minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery, beadwork, and finishing may occur.

2. Customised Orders

For customised garments, the customer is responsible for providing accurate:

Measurements and size details
Design/reference images
Colour preferences
Fabric requirements
Embroidery and embellishment requirements
Other customisation instructions

Once the design and specifications are approved, production will proceed according to the approved details.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

An order will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the order details have been mutually confirmed.

Prices may vary depending on the design, fabric, embroidery, embellishments, quantity, customisation, and workmanship required.

4. Sample Approval

For customised orders where a sample is produced, the customer is expected to review and approve the sample before bulk production.

Once the sample is approved, bulk production will be carried out according to the approved design and specifications.

5. Production & Delivery

Production timelines depend on the design complexity, quantity, embroidery, customisation, and availability of materials.

Shipping charges and shipping transit time are separate from the production timeline unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather, government authorities, or other circumstances beyond MIAAN's control will not be considered a production failure.

6. Pricing

The final price of customised products will be confirmed after reviewing the complete design and requirements.

For bulk orders, pricing may be different from sample pricing depending on the quantity and final specifications.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customised and made-to-order garments are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where a genuine manufacturing defect or error from MIAAN's side is established.

8. Customer-Provided Designs

Customers may provide their own designs, sketches, photographs, or references for manufacturing.

MIAAN will use customer-provided designs only for the purpose of fulfilling the customer's order and will respect agreed confidentiality and design-use requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including MIAAN's brand name, logo, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, text, and original designs, belongs to MIAAN or its respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written permission.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information on the website are accurate. However, occasional errors or changes may occur.

MIAAN reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or modify product availability and pricing where necessary.

11. Website Use

Customers agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
Attempt to interfere with website security or operation
Submit false or misleading information
Use MIAAN's content or brand identity for unauthorised commercial purposes
12. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order may be possible only if production has not started and subject to the terms agreed at the time of order.

Once customised production or significant material procurement has started, cancellation may not be permitted.

13. Force Majeure

MIAAN will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, supplier delays, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.

14. Privacy

Customer information provided during an order, including contact details, measurements, shipping information, and design requirements, will be used for order processing, communication, customer service, and delivery.

15. Changes to These Terms

MIAAN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated terms will be published on this website.
