Refund & Exchange Policy

At MIAAN, we want you to love what you order. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch; however, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and complimentary items, if any.

• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage, alterations, or other signs of use.

• Accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase.

MIAAN reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, MIAAN will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size, colour, or available variant, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product or request a refund, where applicable.

Any price difference for a higher-value replacement must be paid before dispatch.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

After the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.

Original shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or other non-product charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MIAAN or a verified defective/damaged product.

Return Shipping

For returns arising from a change of mind, size preference, colour preference, or other non-defective reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that returned products are securely packed. MIAAN cannot be responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. These may include personalised or customised products, gift cards, products marked as final sale/non-returnable, and products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Any product-specific return restriction displayed on the product page at the time of purchase will also apply.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are subject to the return/exchange conditions stated on the relevant product page or promotion. Items specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact MIAAN as soon as possible.

Orders can generally be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be handled according to the applicable return and exchange terms above.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, contact MIAAN Customer Support and provide your name, order number, registered email address or phone number, reason for the request, and photographs/video where applicable.

Please do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions from our team.

Important

All returns and exchanges are subject to verification and quality inspection. MIAAN reserves the right to reject requests involving products that do not satisfy this policy or where there is evidence of misuse, alteration, excessive wear, or fraudulent activity.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
